Job Requirements - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy outpatient or urgent care setting
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient / urgent care environment
- Support triage, assessment, and treatment of a broad range of patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
- Deliver patient education and support families with clear, compassionate communication
- Respond appropriately to changing patient conditions and clinical priorities
